1. Outline
From the 80's intermediate stages our country electric power dispatch aspect "four big nets introductions project" the start, the automatic equipment "the factory station end" used the English west room company "µ4F " the RTU product, the west room company for has been advantageous for the debugging, maintains the RTU equipment, specially had each kind of independent function the input or outputs the simulator, at that time but domestic has not introduced. In order to be advantageous for the domestic automatic equipment on-site maintenance, in under the East China administrative bureau correlation department's instruction, this company refers to the west room company "the simulator" the standard, has designed analog input/output function and so on collection remote letter, telemeter, remote control, pulse, frequency to a body special-purpose RTU simulator product.
This product not only may carry on the simulation debugging to  "µ4F "  RTU, also can be suitable to other domestically produced RTU, therefore may widely use in each kind of electric power automatic equipment experiment and the debugging
