Installation & Application（安装应用） The NKB-33-X tap position transmitter is used to monitor the on-load tap-changing status of substation transformers. It converts the tap position of the diverter switch into a step-proportional analog DC voltage, which is received by a conventional RTU or other acquisition device, serving as the front-end non-electric quantity conversion equipment for automatic telemetry systems. The transmitter employs a variable potentiometer synchronized with the tap-changer and a three-wire bridge to transmit the voltage regulation signal to the transmitter. After dedicated circuit conversion, it outputs a step analog current/voltage signal corresponding to the tap position. Each tap position transmitter can measure one tap point switch, with complete isolation between input and output.
