1、Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Lightning Protection, Surge Protection, or related fields.
2、Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SPD design and development.
3、Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL).
Prior experience in lightning protection systems (LPS) is a plus.
4、Highly Desirable:
Proven track record in independent SPD product R&D.
5、Language: Strong English reading proficiency (for technical documentation).

Technical Optimization：
Analyze and enhance the performance of existing SPD products through design improvements and component upgrades.
New Product Development：
Lead end-to-end R&D of next-generation surge protection devices, from conceptual design to prototyping and testing.
Project Leadership：
Manage cross-functional SPD development projects, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with production, QA, and sales teams.
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Lightning Protection, Electrical Engineering (Power Systems),or related fields.
2. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Surge Protective Device (SPD) design & development.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., PCB assembly, metal oxide varistor processing)
Familiarity with international standards (IEC 61643, UL 1449, GB/T 18802)
Lightning Protection System (LPS) experience is a strong plus
4. Advanced Preference:
Proven track record in independent SPD product R&D cycles (from concept to certification)
5. Language Skills:
Fluent technical English reading (for standards/documentation)
