"ON LINE" green light on: Normal operation
"ON LINE" light off: Surge protection failed (requires maintenance/replacement)
Grounding Requirement:
PE terminal must connect to earth ground
"GROUND" green light on: Proper grounding confirmed
"GROUND" light off: No valid ground connection
