Installation & Application（安装应用） Installation Notes for Surge Protective Device (SPD)
1、Wiring Connections
Install strictly according to the wiring diagram:
• L1/L2/L3: Phase conductors
• N: Neutral conductor
• PE: Grounding conductor
2、Safety Precautions
MANDATORY: Disconnect all power sources before installation - live working is prohibited.
All connecting wires must comply with specified cross-section and voltage ratings .
3、Fault Indication
Red indicator in the monitoring window signals SPD failure - replace immediately with certified replacement module.
4、Grounding Requirements
Lightning protection grounding must meet IEC 62305-3 standards:
• Grounding conductor length: Minimized (recommended <0.5m)
• Ground resistance: <4Ω (measured per IEEE Std 81)
Compliance Note: Installation shall conform to local electrical codes and manufacturer's technical specifications.

Notice
There must be a reliable PE ground when using surge protective device.
Green in transparent windows during normal use, when inside windows turn red, It means that the power surge protective device has failed and needs to be replaced with a new product in time.
