KEJIA® KDY series surge protective device is designed according to IEC standards, which can connect the protected line to the equipotential system in the shortest possible time, limit the surge to a certain voltage protection level, and quickly release the high-voltage pulse energy caused by lightning strike to the ground, reduce the potential difference between the wirings, and play a role in protecting the user's power distribution equipment.

KEJIA® KDY-I-50 surge protective device has a large current capacity, is a T1 class switching type first-class power surge protector, the surge protector has no leakage, no freewheeling, reliable performance, stable operation. According to the principle of lightning protection, after the lightning energy is released once, there is still a high residual voltage on the power line, and the lightning energy should be released step by step through the surge protector after the lightning protection system, so as to effectively protect the terminal electrical equipment.
When the KEJIA® KDY-I-50 surge protective device is used, four pieces of "KDY-I-50 type" can be used for the three-phase four-wire power supply and connected between the protected end and the earth (L1, L2, L3, N line and PE) line, which is called TN-S connection; For the three-phase three-wire power supply, three pieces of "KDY-I-50 type" can be connected between the protected end and the earth (L1, L2, L3 line and PE) line; The lightning protection of the single-phase power supply can be connected to a "KDY-I-50 type" surge protective device between L and N lines to ground (PE).
